Search Analytics

Updated July 16, 2026Available from the Starter plan

The Search page in your sidebar shows what your customers search for and how well your storefront answers them.

Overview

  • Search volume — a daily chart, with today / 7-day / 30-day totals.
  • Top queries — the most frequent search terms, with the average result count.
  • Zero-result queries — terms that returned nothing, including ones captured via listen mode (native). This is the most valuable list: every row is either a catalog gap or a synonym opportunity.
  • CTR (click-through rate) — the share of searches that ended in a product click, for the 7-day and 30-day windows.
  • Top clicked products — which products your customers pick after searching.

Searches captured via listen mode show a special "native" badge — these are searches on your site's OLD search bar, before or without fully enabling AironFlow Search.

Insights panel

The "Insights" panel gathers zero-result or low-CTR search terms, ranked by volume, together with suggested next steps (e.g. "generate content for these products", "add a synonym"). The links take you to AironFlow's EXISTING workflows — nothing runs automatically, you decide what to do about each gap.

Your search today vs AironFlow (shadow benchmark)

Once there's enough listen-mode data, a card appears comparing: out of the real terms your customers were searching on your old search, what percentage does AironFlow Search now answer (coverage %), which terms it answers ("Wins") and which it still misses ("Coverage gaps"). You can print a one-page report from the button on the card — handy as internal proof of value too.

This card only appears once there's enough search data (at least a few repeated searches over the last 30 days) — if you don't see it yet, leave listen mode on for a few more days.

The "Rules" tab

Next to Overview you'll find the "Rules" tab — that's where you configure merchandising (pins, boosts, redirects) and the natural-language rule compiler. Details in Merchandising & rules.
