Queue and batches: how they work

Every bulk AI job in AironFlow is organized into batches. A batch holds the products you selected and the actions you requested, and runs in the background so you can keep working.
Batch statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Queued | The batch was created and is waiting its turn |
| Processing | Products are being processed one by one |
| Overnight 🌙 | Sent to overnight mode — results within 24 hours |
| Completed | All products done — find them in the Review Center |
| Failed | Some or all items failed — see below |
The Queue page updates live: you see each batch's progress in real time, no refresh needed.
If something fails
Individual failures don't ruin the batch — the remaining products complete normally:
- Failed items show an error indicator inside the batch.
- Click Retry failed to re-run only those.
- Credits are charged only for successful items.
In overnight mode, credits are reserved at submission and automatically refunded for any item that fails.
If a batch looks "stuck" for a long time, refresh the page first — if it persists, use the batch resume button or contact us.
