Setting up Autopilot

Autopilot makes AironFlow work on its own: it syncs your feed on a schedule and automatically processes whatever is new or incomplete — without you clicking anything.
Autopilot is available on the Growth plan and above.
What it can take over
On the Autopilot page you enable each type of work separately:

How it works
- Enable Autopilot and pick the tasks you want running.
- Set the sync schedule (e.g. every night).
- After each sync, Autopilot detects new/incomplete products and sends them for processing.
- Results land in the Review Center for approval — like any other batch.
Autopilot + smart review: the automatic processing runs itself, but approval stays yours. Nothing publishes without you seeing it.
Safety and limits
- Credits: Autopilot consumes credits like any action — if your balance runs out, it stops and notifies you.
- Automatic protection: if jobs fail repeatedly (e.g. a broken feed), Autopilot disables itself to avoid wasting credits, and the reason shows in its log.
- Activity log: every Autopilot action is recorded — what ran, when, and with what result.
When it shines
Autopilot pays off when your catalog changes often: new arrivals show up in your eshop with content ready for approval the next morning, instead of you discovering them one by one.
